When do some people keep gunning it, even when they’re floridly flailing, even when they’re claiming, in a dialect of one, that imprisoned migrants are eating cats in Springfield, Ohio? 

How does Trump, in other words, who seems to be doing himself in by every measure, who has already lost so much dignity and money and status and face and friends, still want to be president?
