Billy Carter, Jimmy’s younger brother, distinguished himself by drinking half a gallon of vodka a day, promoting a revolting gritty peanut-based dessert booze called Peanut Lolita, pissing on a runway in front of visiting dignitaries, and of course getting massive bribes and influence-peddling as a registered foreign agent of Gaddafi’s Libya. 

Roger Clinton Jr., Bill’s half-brother, got his bribes from the mob.
